Cancellation Policy

At House of Social Change, we honor sacred time, energy, and preparation in every session. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and aligned experience for both of us: New Client Intro Offer The Introductory 2-Session Package ($100) is available for first-time clients only. This offer must be booked and used within 30 days of purchase. Code “CHANGE100” must be applied at checkout to receive the discount. No refunds or transfers on unused sessions from this promotional offer. Booking & Scheduling All sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled via the official booking page. A valid email address and phone number are required for appointment confirmation and reminders. Session packages must be scheduled within their stated validity period. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited session or a $25 rescheduling fee, depending on the circumstance. No-shows are considered a forfeited session and will not be refunded. Payments & Refunds Full payment is due at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled within the time window noted above. Packages and promotional offers are non-transferable and must be used by the original client. Sacred Space & Respect Sessions begin and end on time; please arrive grounded and ready to receive. This is a judgment-free and confidential space rooted in safety, compassion, and empowerment.
